We spend months designing the pieces that go inside of our Mystery Boxes. Just like last year, these are filled with unreleased goods that will never be seen outside of these boxes. With $500 worth of products inside, you're getting these for half the price - that's a pretty good deal. Limited to 2 per customer.

WHAT IF I ORDER OTHER ITEMS?
If you order other products at the same time as your Mystery Box, we will pack them all together inside the box, unless they don't fit. If they don't fit, we will send them separately.
CAN I RETURN IT?
Our Mystery Boxes can be returned if it doesn't meet your expectations (we're that confident you'll be a fan). The only catch? The entire box must be returned.
Shipping
What's the cost?
Australia: FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $120 + FREE Express Shipping on orders over $200.
For orders under $120, Standard Shipping is $8 and Express Shipping is $12.
International: FREE Express Shipping on all orders over $300. Please see our Shipping page for the rates for orders under $300.
Order tracking
Tracking is available on each and every order. Your tracking number will be emailed/SMS'd to you once your order has been fulfilled here in Newcastle, Australia.
We aim for same/next day dispatch on all orders*.
Planet friendly shipping
All orders are shipped in home compostable satchels - even our thank you cards are made from recycled materials.
We also offset the carbon exhausted from shipping our goods to you, by investing in a range of initiatives across the globe.

Out of stock.. when is it coming back?
We understand it's frustrating when you find a product you love, only to find it is out of stock.
Don't sweat though, we do restock a bunch of our products. Follow us on our socials to stay in the loop with releases and restocks.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do. Currently, we're shipping to most of the world.
While we have tried to cover most the globe, if we don't ship to your country, contact us and we can try to work something out for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment via Credit Card, PayPal, Zip and Afterpay.
Three forms of accelerated checkout are also available, these include Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
