We'll never sit around and tell you that we are a perfect brand, nor will we throw around the words sustainable and ethical lightly. Our commitment to you is to be a transparent brand that educates about the good, the bad and the why we make the decisions that we do.

Work-life balance is an integral part of our culture at Eat Your Water. So, we have a rule where every employee can take any day off, for any reason, no questions asked. This is reflected in flexibility for all employees, with them having complete control over their working schedule.

Employees who venture into the HQ are treated to paid lunch breaks, unlimited table tennis, couches to laze around on, a team vege patch, music all day long and more. Speaking of our HQ, we currently lease two separate buildings, both of which are ran using GreenPower, a government accredited program that allows us to offset 100% of our electricity usage with certified renewable energy.
